Registration
NEW STUDENTS
New students may join at any time during a term as long as there is a vacancy in class. If a class is full your name will be placed on a waiting list. When a vacancy arises class tuition must be paid in full along with a completed registration form. Tuition will be pro-rated relative to your start date in class.
RETURNING STUDENTS
If you registered for the first time in May, June, or July, you will not need to pay the registration fee until next August. You will need to sign up for the class that you wish to attend. If you registered sometime from Sept. 2007 – April 2008 you must re-register and pay the fee.
CLASS SESSIONS
There are two terms. School Term runs from Sept. 2, 2008 - June 20, 2009
Summer Term runs from July 6, 2008 – August 21, 2009
Tuition is paid in 2 month pay periods, except for summer session which is a 7- week pay period. We ask that you pay in advance for the 2 months. This ensures that we know the number of students in class for the next 8-week session so that new students can join should you wish to discontinue class. Two weeks prior to due date a reminder will be placed in the gym on the bulletin boards.
TUITION IS BASED ON THE HOURLY RATE X 38 WEEKS (FALL TERM) AND DIVIDED BY THE 5 SESSIONS. WHILE THERE ARE CERTAIN HOLIDAYS THAT YOU WILL NOT ATTEND CLASS YOUR PAYMENT IS BASED ONLY ON THE 38 WEEKS OF THE TERM.
If you wish to make monthly payments, you may sign up for auto-pay using your visa or Mastercard credit cards. Your card will be automatically charged each month.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
Each student pays this $35.00 fee upon initial registration and is renewed each August/September Families of 3 or more children: $80.00
MAKE-UPS
Tuition pays for your child's spot in the class. However, as a courtesy, Windsor Gymnastics offers make-ups when and where it does not interrupt the safety or the quality of class for those children registered in the class. Make up procedures vary from program to program, depending on safety concerns, space, equipment, and teaching ratios. We do not refund or give credit for missing a class. You must call the gym prior to the missed class to qualify for a make-up. The make-up class must be taken within eight weeks. The student must be currently enrolled in class at the time of the scheduled appointment. Once made, it cannot be rescheduled.
WITHDRAWALS
Should you wish to withdraw from classes, please give us a written notice by or before the next payment is due. If payment is not received by due date and no arrangements have been made, your child will automatically be removed from class.

Term 2: (Summer Session – 7 weeks)
Summer session payment is due at time of registration. If you know when your family will be on vacation during the summer, you may wish to choose the Flexi-Schedule. This allows you to pay only for the weeks you will be in class. You must be able to attend at least 5 of the 7 weeks in order to qualify for this option.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
1st Child pays Full Tuition
2nd Child receives $10.00 off per session
3rd Child receives $20.00 off per session
MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNTS
Should your child wish to take more than one class per week a 20 % discount is given on the least expensive tuition amount.
